Serrapeptase – An enzyme which breaks down non-living protein in the body. Simply put, it may help to clean out debris from the blood and lymph vessels, and also from other fluid-containing areas of the body, such as joint cavities and the fluid in between cells. At this practice we recommend it for joint and soft tissue pain. The product we use is SerraPlus+ from Good Health Naturally. A short course of 20 capsules costing around £7 may be suggested by your practitioner. If this helps, then a bottle of sixty capsules is available at a price of £17.

Magnesium Oil Spray – This is applied to the skin and rubbed in. It supplies magnesium to the muscles and also into the bloodstream. It can be taken in small amounts as a mouthwash. A trial size bottle contains 400 sprays and costs around £7.
